This meeting is for senior citizens and their friends! That means that any age can attend, although the vast majority of us are retired.
We meet on the second Tuesday in each month for what we describe as a time of fellowship and sharing the gospel.
A typical meeting starts with a cup of tea on arrival and an opportunity to catch up with friends. We then start our formal bit during which we usually sing a hymn, pray, have a bible reading and conclude with a 15 – 20 minute Christian message. After this, afternoon tea is served and we can discuss the message or catch up with more friends. The whole meeting takes around 90 minutes and we usually have around 30 – 40 attending.
